Teng Zhang obtained his B.S. in Physics from the Stony Brook University in 2017. He is currently a Ph.D. student in the Department of Physics and Astronomy at Purdue University. He joined the Manfra group in September 2018. He is doing research on two-dimensional hybrid superconductor-semiconductor platforms to explore the physical quantum state of Majorana particles with potential application in quantum computing.
