I joined Professor Manfra’s research group in Spring 2025. Since then, I have been training in molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) and working on the growth of two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) heterostructures with the goal of improving electron mobility. My current research focuses on AlAs quantum well 2DEGs, where I investigate the integer and fractional quantum Hall effects to better understand these systems and inform the design of other heterostructures that may enable the observation of the filling factor 5/2 state and non-Abelian anyons.
